The review team reads every message sent to [email protected]. We reply within a few working days, usually sooner. A clear subject line such as “Correction”, “Suggestion” or “Press” helps the message land with the right person.

What to include

How corrections are handled
A reported error is checked against the source you name and against the operator's current pages. If the page was wrong, we change it, move the date of the last check and reply to tell you what changed. If the page was right, we explain which document the statement rests on.
